All awards have a few wording basics in common. These are:
Presenter. This can be the group, organization, team, business or individual that the award is from. It can be in the form of text or a logo.
Recipient. This can be an individual, group, organization, business or team that will receive the award. This is usually put in a larger and/or different font from the rest of the wording.
Purpose. What is the award for. This can be achievement, recognition, retirement, sales, service, etc.
Date. This can be the presentation date, the event date, the years of service, etc.
The wording for the award depends on the purpose for the award. We have provided a few samples below. It is best to keep the wording short and to the point so that it is easy to read. If you are still at a loss for words, we will be happy to assist you. You can make any changes to the wording when you get the proof for your award.
