How To Order...
1. Browse our website. Choose your items and options then add them to your shopping cart. If you can't find exactly what you want, give us a call or send us an e-mail. We will be happy to assist you in the selection.
2. Engraving. You can provide engraving information with your order or send us an email with your engraving information. You may also email an attachment (Microsoft Word, Excel, or PDF Document) with your engraving information. For your convenience, we have a Quick Link on the Home Page for uploading logos and engraving information.
3. Proofs. Except for sport trophy plates and medals, all orders will receive proofs via e-mail. When we create your artwork proofs, our goal is to stay as true to your instructions as possible. Occasionally, we may have to rearrange your engraving information so that it is centered and sized to best fit the shape of the selected item. You will have the opportunity to review the proofs and make any changes as needed. We will send revised proofs until the design meets with your approval. We do not charge for proofs. You may e-mail or call us for any changes you may need. Please check all spelling and wording carefully. NO ORDERS WILL BE ENGRAVED UNTIL YOUR PROOF IS APPROVED.
4. Artwork. We can add your logo or Clipart to your order. For your convenience, we have a Quick Link on the Home Page for uploading logos and engraving information. See Logo/Artwork Specs for instructions and file types accepted.
5. Discounts. When quantity discounts are available for an item, a button labled "VIEW QUANTITY DISCOUNTS" will appear below the options box. Discounts apply only to like items--no mix and match of color or size. Your discount will appear when you view your shopping cart.
6. Communication. Most of our communication with you will be via the e-mail address your provide at check-out. We welcome your phone call as well. If you are close enough, you may drop by our showroom and we will be glad to assist you in person.
